Foods 2027 - Innovating the Future of Food Science

We are pleased to welcome you to Foods 2027: Innovating the Future of Food Science, the 8^th International Conference on Foods, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from May 26–28, 2027. This conference aims to bring together researchers, industry professionals, and experts from around the world to share the latest advancements, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations in food science, technology, and innovation.

Over the course of three days, we will explore a broad range of topics, including:
(i) Nutritional and Functional Foods;
(ii) Food Microbiology, Food Safety, Toxicology, and Food Biotechnology; and
(iii) Food Processing, Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence in Food Innovation.

These themes will be addressed through keynote lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions. Our program is designed to provide an engaging platform for discussing cutting-edge research, emerging challenges, and future directions across the field.
